In general it was a slow process to enroll and arrange initial meetings with the "team". I couldn't find a direct number to contact the facility and was finally given the number by a different facility in my state. This led to a reaching the wrong person for information to initiate enrollment. Gratefully this person walked my information to the right person who called me in 24 hours.
