In general it was a slow process to enroll and arrange initial meetings with the "team". I couldn't find a direct number to contact the facility and was finally given the number by a different facility in my state. This led to a reaching the wrong person for information to initiate enrollment. Gratefully this person walked my information to the right person who called me in 24 hours. It's a broken system of communication with so many "middle men" including pharmacists in Serbia to just get people their meds! The role of Med Room Nurse is designed to be the scapegoat when med deliveries fail which they do so very often given UPS and Pharmacy's picayune questions all of which slow down the process. Innovage was sued in 2021 for fraud not being able to delivery what they had promised. I have very mixed feelings about Innovage Sacramento…there are things I like and things I hate about it and I am in the process of trying to figure out which feeling is more prominent.
