Lets start off with the name of the doctor. *************** my mom has been going to this place for quite sometime now, and her health has not gotten better. If you truly love your loved ones, steer clear from INNOVAGE/PACE to protect them and yourself from the LACK of COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATION,TOTAL CARE, HONESTY, COMPASSION, TRANSPARENCY, and the goes on. DO NOT TRUST INNOVAGE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. MY MOTHER IS SAN BERNARDINO CALIFORNIA. SHE HAS BEEN TOLD SHE HAS PLAQUE BUILD UP IN HER ARTERIES AND ITS DAMAGING HER BRAIN. I applied to InnovAge despite reading numerous negative reviews on Indeed. I just assumed that the reviews were by disgruntled ex-staff members and took the risk. After what I thought was a decent interview, the program director, the MD leading the interview, and the recruiter all stated that they would call me with additional questions and/or updates.
