As P o A and sister of John Nelson, it has been a long process, but everyone from Innovage has been pleasant and helpful. I am especially grateful for Rachel Stanton’s guidance. She let me know what documents were needed for Medicaid enrollment. She turned them in for us. Then she worked with me to get the paperwork signed - not an easy task. I am grateful as this looks like the best way for John to remain in his apartment and be safe. He wishes to live independently for now. And Innovage gives me peace of mind.
