The anxious anticipation was far worse than the event! I expected a very rushed procedure. On the contrary, Dr Salin and his team made me feel very relaxed and informed as to what was going to happen before,during and after the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised .
The only problem today was the wait before I saw the doctor.
Everyone involved in the procedure from the registration lady at the front, the tech, Dr. Salin, the tech in recovery and the lady at the exit were pleasant and professional.
Improve waiting time
I would like to say how much I appreciate Dr. Salin and his staff. They always treat me with the utmost care and respect every time I come in.
Appointment was handled on time - Good start! Attentive staff. Not pushy with additional (cosmetic) services. Overall excellent service.
Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Dr. Nissman decided to schedule both procedures on the same day so I am only inconvenienced once and have to reduce the amount of discomfort. The office utilizes the latest in digital technology and Dr. Nissman was very cordial and took a personal interest in what I did for a living and addressing and questions that I had
