Dr and staff were attentive efficient and professional! While having a root recovery is not a fun way to spend a morning, to say the least, I was quite at ease considering. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone requiring oral surgery.

Everyone treated me very kindly and with respect. Dr. Kosakowski answered all my questions and explained things very clearly. This is the second time I have had to go through the implant process and the second time my oral surgeon has been Dr. Michael Salin. He and his staff are excellent. They are all warm and caring people. They are professional and show concern for their patients. I can’t imagine a better experience anywhere.

On June 2, 2026 I had my fifth tooth extraction with bone grafting for an implant with Dr. Adam Semanoff. The procedure went well as with the other previous extractions and implants. Dr. Semanoff and his staff are excellant. In the past I have used other oral surgeons but I am most satisfied with Dr. Semanoff. Yesterday was my first time using Innovative Oral Surgery & Dental Implants for a tooth extraction procedure. They were highly recommended by my dentist Dr. Storace Gaetano and my husband who has been seeing the doctors there for years. The office is clean, the dental assistant was very polite and explained everything clearly to me. Since this was my first time, I did not know what to expect and surprisingly the extraction was complete in less than 10 minutes.
