Everyone was very polite and personal. Office was clean. No waiting. Jana was delightful and very informative. The financial person was very clear and cheerful. We share the same birthday. Dr Nash was very efficient and called me twice to check on me (I had my phone on silent). He persisted and my brother and partner called me telling me the doctor was trying to get ahold of me. I got my wisdom teeth out a few months back and couldn’t have had a better experience. The assistants and Dr. Nack made me feel so comfortable, i didn’t show it but i was terrified!!! They had the best sense of humor and cracked so many jokes which in turn made me less nervous. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve had dental work done before and so I have a lot of anxiety going into it, but Dr. Nack and his team were so reassuring and kind, also very efficient with the difficult extraction work. I felt safe in their hands and trusted them completely.
I had a very pleasant experience in your office even though I was having wisdom teeth pulled. Everyone is very friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Nack and the assistants explained everything to my understanding. The procedure was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this office to family and friends.
The entire staff from start to finish was so kind, patient, and caring. Went in for a wisdom tooth consultation, but ended up having to have an unrelated tooth extracted. Dr. Nack went into detail and answered all of my questions and was able to get it extracted that day. Everything went quick and painless and Dr. Nack ended up calling me later in the day to check in with me and answer additional questions for me. Overall a great experience.
