This was a very different experience. In the past, I have been asked to bring my machine and I have talked directly to the therapist. This time, I was not asked for the machine and I spoke to the therapist remotely. Donna was very pleasant and direct which made me feel relaxed. One thing she said surprised me-that my machine is monitored monthly. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful.Ā

The staff are great! The front check in girl had a great sense of humor! Even though they are short a provider this center still works by offering on line talks with a provider in Tumwater. I appreciate this and they are not just turning people away or make them drive over an hour too see a provider for a few minutes.Ā
