RecommendedDanny, was on time very friendly and professional. I have a new business location, and prior to moving in I wanted to spray for roaches I had seen a few in the lobby area, But boy was I surprise he hit the Mother load? They were coming out of the wood work.. He even went out of his way to locate how they were coming in? I could tell he felt bad for be, because of the infestation of roaches.. Danny went above & beyond he gets an A+
Technician was on time and very polite. He explained all he would be doing and what to expect. Even though he didn't have to, he locked the back gate before leaving.
On time, friendly helpful technician: David. Did a thorough job of spraying exterior and interior. Pleased with this company.
They are always on time. They will email to let you know they are coming the next day and the time frame. If you are not home they will spray the front and you can call them so they can come out on another day to spray the back. They spray and clean my cobwebs. David is very friendly and thorough. Comes in and gets the job done.
this is the only PEST control company that has been very supportive and knowledgeable of there skill. Even if I wasn't aware of the IQ of INSECTS this company has found human IQ higher and can out wit any insect. I have recommended InsectIQ & my friends thank me. I am so satisfied with the professionalism both of the technicians and office staff.
We have used Insect IQ for 9+ years and have always received quality work with friendly, helpful staff. I know there are a lot of options for pest control and I've used another one before Insect IQ, but I can tell you in the last 9+ years I have never dealt with any issues from staff or service and have no plans of ever going elsewhere.
