Very Happy with the results. The whole process was low stress. **** was here the same day we called and answered all of our questions. They sprayed today the attic and under our house and we can already tell a difference
Energy Seal offers $20 gift certificate after the installation of spray foam to all customers who leave a positive feedback. I was one of their customer and I left a positive feedback but I never got my $20 gift certificate as I was promised. Not all customers are completely satisfied on their service but they left a positive feedback just to get the $20 gift certificate. A positive feedback should be done voluntarily without a return.
Customer service is great, however, they did not consider the construction of my home and blindly came over and sprayed my attic. My chimney was completely covered in the attic and the vented eaves in my sunroom we’re not covered or sealed prior to spraying. How can there be an energy seal when there are vented eaves? None of the professionals told me this of course. None of that was taken into consideration when the crew came to my home. Additionally, the eves on the porch must be some circumstance left open on purpose but again, this hasn't been brought to my attention except by your rating.
