Working at Insurance King was easily one of the worst professional experiences I’ve had. Management is disorganized, condescending, and constantly changing expectations with no consistency whatsoever. Tried removing my Kia Soul and they tripled my Jeep Wrangler from $1400 to $3600, which they said it was due to multi car discount lol. Tried removing my Kia Soul the month prior and they forced me to make next months Payment, then credited a 3rd for future policy, which I’ll never see again. I would stay away from these guy who are out to get your money no matter what. Been with them for years and they are now a shady business. fYI progressive is $1700 so you know it’s shady
the lady that called I talked to on the phone about a late payment was very rude and nasty and hung up on me I would not send nobody to this company with the way she treated me
