I have been relieved of the complex prescription insurance issues through Joanna Jensen and her staff at IPA. She guided me by displaying the options and alternatives that were available and which was the best and lowest cost choice for me. I know that I could not have done this without her guidance. Joanna through her agency and staff are coordinated, efficient, very respectful and courteous. They are in plain words, terrific at their jobs & look out for their clients!
