Very informative. A relief to find out I don’t actually have Hashimotos, but severe adrenal fatigue, due to Dr. Bronner’s very thorough blood testing. Feeling empowered and that I’m in good hands. The doc knows his stuff and hopefully this set of supplements will help me feel better, although I understand it is a long process, over a year possibly, to heal adrenal glands.
