My son started to run a fever so I loaded him up and headed to Xpress Wellness. I arrived at 640, 1 hour and 20 minutes before they closed and they turned us away. They had 2 cars in the parking lot and one patient in the lobby and they told me they werent taking any pateints!!! Are you kidding me?! Thank you for turning my sick 6 year old son away!
Wait time was excessively long. It took exactly 2 hours to get in the exam room and twenty minutes for PA not a doctor to come in and address my concerns over my health.
