Stopped in on the 28th of November for a chest congestion issue they were very professional and helped me out I wish we had something like this in Crockett TX

I went to Navarro regional a few days before ending up at Integrity - after a 2 hour wait at navarro i was told to go home and take tylenol, Integrity got me an appt and took care of me correctly from the very beginning and were all super sweet and respectful, they did a chest x-ray within 10 minutes they gave me a breathing treatment and a steroid shot and even went through the trouble of changing my pharmacy twice so i could get my meds same day. super clean and nice facility as well. I’d bring my kiddos here no doubt ❤️

We searched all over Ellis County for an urgent care open with the weather conditions, but no luck. I found Integrity on Facebook and got my sick 8 month old seen within the hour. The entire staff was amazing and so sweet to our baby. The NP Courtney was phenomenal. She was so knowledgeable, reassuring, and so thorough. We left feeling completely confident in the care our daughter received. We will recommend to anyone needing urgent care!

I went in late and the receptionist, Raquel, still took me in at almost closing time. The lobby and rooms were super clean. Lots of hand sanitizer available and staff was wearing masks. Raquel got me checked in quickly. My nurse, Michelle, was awesome! I was nervous about the covid testing. But she was very gentle, took her time and it was a pain free process. The doctor was very nice and helpful with my other issues. He explained things to me very well so I would understand. 10/10 recommend Integrity!
