RecommendedStaff was pleasant and efficient.Received excellent care and treatment from the P. A. He did testing explained, discussed and prescribe the correct medication‘s. Showed the paperwork to my internist when I went for my annual physical. She looked at the summary from James commented that he did an excellent job. Will definitely go back when necessary. Let’s make this straight to the point. I have never visited a doctors office, Urgent Care, that was more friendly or more expeditiously professional than this place. The process went one, two, three and done. Yes my visit was basic nasal infection but Doctor Chris talked about everything I brought up. I absolutely loved the way I was treated and it was ten dollars cheaper than my family practice doctor copay. Three thumbs up and I will use this place in my hopefully distant future.
Visited today with my daughter, who unfortunately tested + for the flu. 😷 Front desk staff were friendly and efficient, online check-in was super easy and medical staff were great. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely visit again for the need arises.
We love our rural community, but we miss some of the conveniences of living in Dallas. Our little one had a horrible rash on her hands and her doctor was closed, but thanks to Integrity Urgent Care we were able to get her treated right away. The staff was very positive and thoughtful when dealing with my daughter. We love being able to stay close to home and not having to drive to Forney or Dallas for urgent care.
2nd time here and they are super friendly and quick. hardly any wait time at all
I went today it was closer than Rockwall, and took our insurance😊 They were clean, friendly, kind , and took care of me with empathy and knowledge, This is a great addition to the community.

I tried this place in Kaufman Tx and the receptionist at front desk was rude and lied about multiple things. My birthdate was on both me and my wife profile…she couldn’t fix it. We were supposed to be seen at 8:04 am. She sent me another text and ask me to resubmit my wife’s info. When I done this it said I would be canceling our appointments and rescheduling for 5pm. This company advertises self pay rate as $125 for an office visit. I called twice to ensure that was the cost and made an appointment for the next day. After completing all paperwork and signing in they informed me that it would actually be $350 for the office visit. I had to return home and begin a new search for a medical provider and this caused a delay in treatment that I seriously needed (possible concussion included).
