I was so sick and needed urgent attention but not the er. The girls at Xwellness were so friendly and professional and I got the care I needed and was up and going and feeling so much better the next day. I am so so grateful!

I was extremely upset that on the website it listed that they treat pink eye and on the call I was not given any medication or care for it. I was told to go to my pcp, which I would have happily done but my pcp didn’t have any same day appointments. They happily took my copay/ my appointment, but lacked the ability to actually give me care. Made an online appointment around 8:00 am for an 11:30 slot. Did a pre-check in at 11:20, arrived at 11:30, paid my $65 copay and waited to be seen. Was not called back or updated until after 2:00 pm. Once in the exam room, vitals were taken and a rapid strep performed and then we were advised to switch our original appointment to a telehealth appointment in order to see a provider sooner. I was given a nighttime only medication. 6 days later I’m still sick. She says “I’ll give you a refill and some for daytime.” Uhm. Why wasn’t I given the daytime ones first time?
