Staff were amazing! The provider and office staff were super helpful, professional, and pleasant. Had some technical issues getting connected- I'm pretty sure it was on my end. My phone needs to be replaced. But the got me connected via my laptop! 10/10 would recommend. Super convenient and I needed the rx fast to keep my infection from getting worse. Already feel so much better.

Ms.Susan Hightower was amazing. I had a telehealth appointment on 29 July 2026 and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns and was extremely compassionate towards me. She took her time listening to me and I did not feel at all rushed by her. I also did not feel like just another patient. Great job Ms. Susan Hightower. She deserves a raise.

I'm so pleased! My telehealth was the best she was very in depth asking questions checking my photos background and spent a good amount of time with me not a quick on off visit and prescribed exactly what I needed and my issue is clearing up nicely! I couldn't be happier thank you!
