Dr.Robin and her staff were amazing 🤩 five stars for sure. I usually feel nervous at care places but they made me feel like my pain was important. They WANTED to help me. They were so warm and nice. I will be back, if I need immediate attention.

The fact that your company doesn’t have the decency to call a patient to apologize on behalf of your negligent provider speaks volumes about your practice. **** Beware as you can see from other reviews patient neglect is common here. **** I went in on a Monday morning due to me having an allergic reaction to something and being broken out in hives from head to toe. My son went to them on Monday for an allergic reaction causing hives all over his body, swollen lips, swollen hands and an anesthetic taste in his mouth. I discouraged him from going here after all rhe things I've read about them but our family doctor wasn't immediately available. It's now Wednesday evening and his prescriptions were never called in, even after calling twice today. I came in for a drug screen for work was told it should only be a minute ..... well apparently minutes mean hours in Bonham tx ... I just witnessed a lady sit in here for 2 1/2 hrs before getting called then left another 1 hr after that there is no way people will continue to use this dreadful place what a crock I'm recommending to the company I work for to never use these people again ........
Entered, was told no in-house provider but had virtual provider. Filled out 5 pages of paperwork and waited 30+ minutes. Had one patient in back and one ahead of us but after all this they came out and said they were not able to find a virtual provider. How can they be open with no provider? Will never use this business again.
I was hoping that I had found an local Urgent Care facility that I could really rely on. Even after waiting a hour in the waiting room and another hour in the examination room, the first visit went well. Dr. Kirby did an examination, made an analysis (upper respiratory and sinus infections), gave me a shot (Ouch!), and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic, a steroid, and a inhaler. Horrible experience. The website allows you to register. You get to make a trip there and when you walk in they ask for your doctors referral. What a waste of time. Why do you exist if a doctors referral is needed? It is not posted anywhere on your website nor registration process. Horrible experience and a total waste of a good location on 121.
