As a Business Information Systems (diploma) and now Human Resource Management (degree) graduate, I can say my experience at ICT has been wonderful. Interactive College of Technology-SW Houston is the best place to improve your skills for example English as a Second Language ESL program for those who newly migrated to the United States.
