10-09-2024, this company came out for a service call on my heater. When he finished he showed me a picture of a motor that the cap had came off with grease exposed and said that the grease was going to dry out and next year I would need a new unit. I called another heat and air guy who came out and showed me my motor which was alot bigger then the one that was showed me in the picture.
