I contacted this company two weeks before my closing to take off my lien. I left five emails and four voice messages but have not heard back from anyone. I have to change my flight, which costs money, so I can personally head to the office, and hopefully, someone can help me. This company has never called me or emailed me about my lien. How can the government trust this company??I’m here to pay! Can someone please get back to me??
I had the pleasure of communicating with Agent Shanarra via email, and I must commend her for her utmost professionalism in her response. Initially, I was apprehensive about not being able to connect with a live representative. Moreover, the originally proposed time frame for obtaining tax information did not align with my requirements. However, after conveying my concerns to Shanarra, she promptly addressed the situation and expedited the process for me. Her exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations.
This company is a scam, they decided to pay a bill for me to Fulton County while their website was hacked for weeks. I tried making that payment over a hand full of times on different dates. How was this company able to do that without my permission? Ive been ready to pay for two months now, and now I get charged a penalty? Ridiculous. Great scam artists here
There are so many misconceptions about tax liens but Investa Services explained everything in great detail and helped me get everything paid! While I appreciated the help I hope I never become delinquent and need them again.
I cannot emphasize how much this company sucks. They took advantage of the hack in Fulton county Georgia, you cant get a hold of anyone, and it’s their business model to make it as arduous as possible to pay so that you have more fees. I only hope the worst for the people who work here and own this company
