IQ Laser Vision

I went in for a consultation last week and the staff here was absolutely wonderful! I was so happy with their knowledge and customer service that I schedule my smile procedure before leaving that day! I will have the procedure done next Friday so I'll update my review after that. My brother has had the smile procedure done and could not be happier! I can't wait to see without glasses again!

I had a wonderful experience with IQ Laser Vision. Dr. Lin and the staffs are very professional, patient and great in any way you can imagine. They answered all the questions that I had and put all my concerns at ease. Now, I have great vision and I am glasses/contact lenses free!!! This is one of the best decisions that I have made ever!!! IQ Laser Vision, Dr. Lin and the entire staff are truly incredible - I am so thankful to have come here for laser eye surgery. I used to wear glasses for myopia and astigmatism. I tried everything from soft contact lenses to see ortho-k, but I have extremely dry eyes and could not handle the irritation from contact lenses. The staff here recommended I take the SMILE operation (due to dry eyes) which is a minimally invasive procedure and appears to be state of the art technology. Here I am the next day - I drove all the way from Irvine to City of Industry myself! I felt no pain during the procedure, although I accidentally squirmed a bit because I get scared easily. Dr. Lin was able to adapt immediately and the surgery went as planned. This location truly is amazing. You could tell how much IQ Laser Vision cares about their patients - the staff count easily matches or outnumbers the number of patients at all times. I was able to schedule an appointment on Thursday, get a consultation Friday, have my surgery Saturday, and come for a checkup Sunday! I doubt you could find this amount of flexibility anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to do your lasik! The service was great and the staff was very kind and welcoming. The doctor was experienced, so I had no worries about my lasik and I’m very happy with the result!

First off a HUGE thank you to Dr. Richard and Dr. Lin!!! Their explanations and walk through of the pre and post operation really set all my fears and questions at ease. Also thank you to Everyone and I mean EVERYONE at the facility their hospitality and welcoming attitudes make the entire experience spectacular! Right then on with the review.. Get the surgery. The end. Jk. But honestly that's what it comes down to. If you are eligible, then there is no reason to suffer with glasses anymore!! I've had glasses since I was a child and just now decided to get the surgery and let me tell you it is the greatest thing you can do for yourself. The procedure itself is so fast you will question if it's really over or not and it is COMPLETELY painless, uncomfortable yes, but PAINLESS!!! I promise that a visit to the dentist or even your primary care providers..hell even a visit to the DMV hurts more than the procedure! The recovery is also fast, you will be prescribed a sleeping aid that will take care of everything else after the surgery..meaning you will be asleep for the uncomfortable bits of the healing. The following day...PRESTO! Instant vision! It's really remarkable, of course there's the antibiotic drops and artificial tears you take every 4 and 2 hours but it is a very small price to pay for being able to see out of your own two eyes. It's been two weeks since my operation and aside from the things to expect (blurry vision or taking a few blinks to really focus, dryness, sensitivity to light, all of which I might add are not as bad as people make it sound) there really is no down side to the procedure. They offer help with financing so payments are manageable and trust me they are here to help every step of the way. Do this for yourself and the quality of life you deserve. An endless amount of gratitude from myself and my loved ones who I can now do things with that my vision held me back from doing, keep changing peoples lives!
