This was a joyous and meaningful occasion, and I typically seek the silver lining in every experience. Very disappointed with the services provided from this company. There are many hidden fees that are not initially discussed. Prices are very high and the quality of the services provided do not align with the high costs that are being charged. For the prices that were charged the services provided were mediocre and our experience did not feel personalized at all. All of the vendors associated with the venue did the bare minimum. I remember I started following their page on FB. I was fascinated with this venue way before me and my Fiancé got engaged I told myself I would get married here one day. Well, that big day came February 14, 2021 when we got engaged. Literally less than a week later we booked our appointment at the venue and put down a deposit to lock the date for February 13,2022. It is definitely a beautiful venue and we loved the space. However, there were a couple of things that were super frustrating. #1 - they changed management a day before our wedding and didn’t let us know. That would’ve been fine on its own, but as part of the change, they fired our alcohol vendor (Iron Manor originally required us to use Southern Rum Runners) and never communicated about alcohol with us.
