My appointment yesterday was screwed up because I was sent an email on Monday saying my appointment was for 7:30. My calendar had 7:00 but I thought I had just made a mistake. It turned out that the mistake was with your system. Also, having to call to confirm an appointment is an inconvenience. Most other reminder systems allow you to confirm with a click
