Cheiny Shiau - great diagnosis & prescriptions as seen by the major improvement in face skin blemishes reductions over 3 appointments. Asks good questions. Excellent awareness of what is going on with patient. This medical office has the best processes of any I have been to in several decades! Patient Id, sign-in & co-pay in a few minutes then was into the patient review room within 5 minutes…saw Cheiny Shiau about 2 minutes later.

I have seen Cheiny for several years now. She is able to diagnose immediately. Most recently my Dx was ‘possible skin cancer’ and I feel completely comfortable having her treat this condition.
These folks are always super nice, organized and appointments very much on time. Loved Dr Ho so sad to hear he is going to be retiring, but really enjoyed meeting Kacie for the first time. She was extremely thorough, professional, and personable. Great practice Highly recommend
