Rooms had a few issues like obvious wear and tear but it was clean, minus the carpet which was a bit dirty especially around the walls. Casino is nice and very clean. Room had a gorgeous view of the river.

Everything seemed pretty good at check in, but a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals that won’t be refunded for 3 to 7 days after my visit is a bit steep and probably will have me reconsider staying here again.

The hotel room was great. Big, clean, quiet. Had a view of the bridge. The food from the quick eats wasn’t good at all. My chicken tenders didn’t even seem like chicken. Rubbery and gross. The casino wasn’t big, but it was nice. We stayed in the non-smoking tower.

Everything was good. Although they didn't clean my room every night. You have to let them know that you want your room cleaned before 7am or it won't get cleaned until checkout. Short staffed.

We know it is not an ideal situation regarding housekeeping, though for right now it is the best we can offer, daily service can be requested. All we need to know is time that the room will be vacant so our housekeeping staff can fit it into their routine. Our hotel has over 500 rooms and trying to get all of those cleaned with the limited staffing we have on occasion can be a struggle.
