POOR MANAGEMENT Upon arrival the staff was very friendly. Room was amazing, clean and comfy, casino was fun so would really love to give all excellent review. However, at midnight when we tried to go to our room our key cards would not work. It happens no biggie except the front desk staff and security were very RUDE. The room was in my name but my husband card was on file for payment. They took that without his id. But refused to fix the keys with the card and his id. Love the room!!
There aren't but just one restaurant offered and it's a little pricey. My room was not cleaned well. I found a usedp pair of men's bikini underwear on the bottom shelf of the night stand and one of the wash cloths had some gross looking stain on it.
It was nice looking. The rooms where clean. The pillows go way to flat, no microwave or safe in the rooms. You cant reheat food or keep things safe if you want.
