Problems with Check-In We arrived to the hotel and received our room number. We go up to the room, open the door, only to find that the room had already been occupied by someone else. They were not happy (understandable), since we just walked into their room. This could have ended badly, as we scared the couple in their room. We went back down to the desk and they gave us a new room, but acted like it was no big deal.
