Customer service is excellent from check in to check out, ate dinner at the buffet, everything was fabulous! Room was clean and bed was comfortable! I won a little in the casino. I dropped a star due to the $10 "resort fee". We were given a $5 coupon for a restaurant and we used it for breakfast but what resort amenities are you charging for? Howver, overall was an excellent visit and we will return.

I have stayed there a few times now and I really liked the rooms The food was excellent both Times I ate the buffet I ate to much lol now the gambling another story me not winning much I been losing so you need to loosen the slots up alittle bit and let me win lol and hopefully I have another sense to leave with it lol that's my problem sometimes
I had a great experience, my company has our team conferences there twice a year...great staff

We Always have a good time! Rooms are always nice and clean and food is good.
The staff are totally ready to help and if you have a unexpected crazy problem they are very understanding!
