I checked prices at all the storage facilities that came up near me. Your rental prices were by far the lowest. That was enough to sell me.

Storage full of Mold with aluminum lining taped together .. I assume as your temp control .. yellow foam to keep mice out, mice bait boxes everywhere. Just disgusting
