The manager Denise, was really helpful and explained everything clearly and made the experience smooth and easy. I was able to store my things and by the end of my visit, I felt as if I had been using the service longer than just one visit. No problems with the gates or passkey. I needed a storage with drive-up access that could also accommodate FedEx shipments. I was given a unit six doors down from the main entrance on the left side that’s easy for a delivery driver to find, and was allowed to use my corporate supervisor’s Credit card to pay for the unit, even though he was not on the premises. I appreciate businesses that can be flexible and accommodate the needs of the client!
