Especially during the Pandemic, my no contact rental experience was perfect. Was able to easily reserve online. An online follow-up was received immediately with all the detail of what to do next. I spoke with Marilyn at the Hurffville Sewell location. She was very professional and helpful. She left everything needed in my unit. Completed the process with no issues. This location was easy to navigate and premises was very clean. I am Happy I chose Istorage.

Stored with you guys a few years ago and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere.
The call service was terrible. I dialed the number online for the facility I wanted to go to. Instead someone from a call center answered and took 20minutes to set up a unit because he kept setting up the wrong location. I gave him the address and he still messed it up. Thankfully the women at 1705 hurffville Rd in Sewell NJ was very understanding and very helpful.
