Very efficient, very quick, very easy. Everything was perfect; it worked out great. I got to iStorage Howell late and was kind of in a rush to find some storage. the gentleman that was the manager on site was over-accommodating. Then, actually not that much later, I had to upgrade because I needed more space. They were able to do that very quickly and easily, so I could move into that larger space. I signed up for three months...

I have no complaints! I have two joined units at iStorage Howell and would say it's a very nice place. The staff is friendly, and everything is working pretty perfectly. I do wish that I could get in there after 11 p.m. sometimes, but I don't know if anything can really be done about that.
They run a nice service. Everybody at iStorage Howell was very polite, helpful, and nice. I liked that they got me into a good unit. I noticed that their whole facility was very clean, too.
Very friendly, good experience so far. iStorage's customer service is great. The two men who work in the office couldn't be nicer. They go out of their way to help, they know your name, and they're very friendly. The only thing that bothers me is their lack of communication. They painted the place and didn't notify me so they taped off my unit for the weekend when I needed to get flooring materials for a job. I had to reschedule the...

Excellent! I just went to iStorage once so far and they were really nice. The communication and facility is good.
Very accomodating, priced well, easy access. I chose this location at iStorage because of the easy access to major highways. This is important because it is used for my business. Mark and Dave were very accommodating right from the start. Soon after I moved in, I realized that I needed a much larger unit. No problem. They let me switch without any delay or extra fee. I highly recommend this facility.
