The storage facility is safe and secure, no incident of burglary. If you rent upper level floors there are elevators for easy access. The building is clean There’s a promo going on so ll got first month rent free. That’s awesome

I storage Ferndale is Awesome, especially the professional and integral services provided by Mr. David. In terms of the electronic signatures… not bad , just cumbersome as related to a few fields. Otherwise. All is well.

This is the second time I've leased a unit here. The first time lasted about 6 years. I recently needed another unit and thought about EZstorage on Woodward, nearer to my house. But I had such a good experience at this istorage facility, I decided to stick with the tried and true. The facility is immaculate, accessible, and the manager - David Mays - goes out of his way to assist whenever needed. And I recently met his assistant Tanlita, who is equally as courteous and helpful.

They were very friendly and helpful from the very start. They were calling me before I was completed with applying online.
