I had a wonderful experience with both Pam Dugar and Katie Malone at the IStorage facility at 102 Broadway, Lynnfield MA location. Pam showed me the different sized storage units that were available, got the prices, and signed the lease. Quick and easy! All went well except for completing the agreement online. There are 2 questions on the form (military & lien) that even if you select NO you are required to complete the other data blanks. A simple N/A did the trick but I’d had to have agreement sent twice and it was time consuming. Not very user friendly - a heads up on those items would have saved time/aggravation
