The ease of reserving the unit was fine, but the first week I checked nothing was available and 5 days later I thought Id check one more time and sure enough there was a unit size I needed. But I was disappointed that I had to rent the unit that day, even though I didn't need it until the end of the month. I would have been willing to give a non refundable deposit to hold it until I needed it, but I had to rent it, full monthly payment, right then, or nothing. So of course I rented it...A month early. I have had two visits to the unit so far. The first time my gate code did not work and the agent had to let me in and told me the system would be reset and the code would work the next time and it did. The unit is very clean and nice and cool. Time will tell more.
