Terrible call center experience!!! My problem wasn't at the local facility. My problem came from the misinformed and untrained person at the call center who made my reservation. I wasn't even aware during the entire conversation that I wasn't talking to someone local. I think this should be made known to the customer. My call center person quoted me incorrect prices and total for my reservation, misrepresented what type of unit...
