Office manager was extremely unhelpful. Telling me id have to wait to start my rental because she was going to lunch and customer service should have made me aware of her lunch schedule. This after me waiting at the gate trying to enter property ON TIME for upwards of 15 minutes. Even calling property and customer service for gate entry.

Your storage facility has no working Security GATE. My lease was terminated by the regional manager when I got upset with her about it and Cursed her out! The CUSTOMER is ALWAYS RIGHT! Your employees have no customer service Skills! She should get the gate working immediately and Apologize to ME!

All my stuff was damaged due to water damage and rodents. Told I was insured for $2000 and turned out it wasn’t insurance I was paying for, it was a protection plan that only covered $500.
I thought is was counterproductive to not allow people in to sign there documents with a mask on due to Covid-19 but, the girl came outside and stood right next to me so I could sign them. What would've of made more sense was for her to let me in, since I had a mask on, leave the documents on the counter for me to sign, while she remained behind the desk hence, still being in compliance with the 6 ft. social distancing requirements. Just my thoughts.
