Their pricing at this location is much better than their local competitors, but the customer service was even more impressive. The office manager, Nicole, is knowledgeable about her rental units and was very helpful in helping me decide upon the size unit I needed. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and she was patient and answered every question.

Amber arranged for me to move to a different storage unit that was closer to my parking space. She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Amber did great, made me feel totally 'Welcomed' & happy to have Me as a new tennant. She was really busy but, took the time to explained everything to me & answer all of my questions.
