Let me start by saying that I love this storage. You drive in the building to get to your unit. The two guys that are there NOW, is very helpful and just two great guys.Â

the initial set up was lenghty but afterward everything was great. The staff are courteous and helpful. The facilities are very nice.Â

Great employees at IStorage on 280 in Birmingham. Shanta and new guy Joe were super nice and helpful when I came in after reservation made by phone to Kim. Also the woman on the phone , I think Kim, at another location was so polite. Thank you.Â

Cant remember is name Please forgive me. I think is name is Darius or Derrick from New Orleans. Although he is new he is extremely professional. He handle showing me storages like a champ even though he still learning the property. This process was new for me I have really bad Aniexty. Everything was excellent from the online registration to moving in. Allen the office manager was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and very secure. Really impressed with this storage company. It's a gem of a location. I highly recommend.Â

Great rental experience so far! Allen knows his property inside and out. He made it convenient for me to take care of setting up the rental and making the initial payment over the phone, sign paperwork online, gave me a property tour the following day, and was happy to have me stop in for the tour "whenever it worked best" for me during the afternoon.
