I had never used istorage before let alone knowing about it but the staff at the Tewksbury storage Angel and Jeniffer were so helpful making it easy for me.
Easy access and the unit was dry. We are still using it.
I’m transferring from one unit to another. The thought of it is very overwhelming but we needed to downsize due to cost. The property manager Philip and his colleague were fantastic. She was happy to walk me over to the next unit. We had great conversation on the way which lightened all the stress. She explained the unit and also helped me reserve it. Philip took care of the final details and helped me with all of my questions. Very pleased with my experience.
Once again I have returned to utilize this storage facility based upon the great customer service!

Bill was pleasant, gave amazing customer service, & a wonderful follow up phone call. Neil checked me in offered me little things like mattress covers something I forgot about. He walked me through check-in, hours & how to get access. Would definitely recommend them.
Unit isn't really 10x15. Little smaller. It wouldn't have been an issue if putting boxes or multiple things. However moving in a camper with set dimensions made it more difficult. Almost cancelled unit. The unit itself is set up in such a way that I believe I will not have to deal with any water issues at all.
The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The woman, manager, took us to the unit and explained everything to us completely. Then helped us fill out the paperwork. Then we were joined by the gentleman, manager who also explained things to us. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. Thank you.
