The manager at the store was absolutely fantastic. It made the experience very easy and very quick. I would recommend you guys to anybody. Her name was Neptina not one of the ones in the section below.

The process was easy, but your company needs to put wet dry in the storage areas to keep the dampness/wetness out of the halls as well as the units. "This will help protect persons personal property in each unit". Thank You in advance

Placed a reservation on a space on line. When I got there I found out it was inside entrance. I need exterior entry. Neptina was able to set me up with a 10x20 and everything was fine.

Even though, the entire nation had fallen upon hard times, this storage facility & its staff members have come up with an extremely easy process. Every staff member I have spoken with has impressed me beyond belief. I have been utilizing different storage facilities for a long time, & this place has exceeded my expectations by far!!!
