Laura has always been so helpful whenever i come to ask questions about the facility or my unit. She makes you feel comfortable and she is so easy to talk to. Hope she stays at her post for a long time.

The staff was always friendly - the unit was as expected and they were always open to communication when needed. If I need a unit in the future I’ll be using Move IT Storage again!

Sharon & Andrew @ the Kemah , TX location Was most helpful, which the rental of storage & the truck .. I had a truck breakdown, both the UHaul @ Move It Was right on it and solved it quickly 👍
