Signed up online to begin starting the rental on Sunday. I was sent a gate code and unit number. We arrived at the facility around 6pm on Sunday and the gate code didn’t work. We called the number listed for management and had to leave a message. I finally called the National number and they were able to give me a temp gate code that worked (45 min later). My lock will be on the unit until the end of the month ... We had to pay for all 30 days even though unit is vacant by December 9.
Everyone was super nice and helpful!
Kelsey helped us pick out a storage unit to fit our stuff and was super friendly all around. The best experience I’ve had here so far.
