The staff was friendly. The person that showed me the storage available did it with a pleasant smile and attitude, you don't see that a lot these days. Even when I requested to see the next available size there was no rolling of the eyes or deep sigh. She did it with a pleasant attitude and friendly manner.

Stephen at the Culebra location was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He made sure that I picked the unit that met my needs and was first class from start to finish. He made the experience very enjoyable and EASY!

We moved to San Antonio from Arizona 6 months ago. iStorage has been a lifesaver with all our belongings. They were there for us when we needed them and now that we finally moved into our own home, they are still with us.
