This company bought out the storage company I am renting from and so far I am not impressed… they sent me a lease agreement saying they had bought the company and it had an increased rate by about $4, ok fine. Do everything they say I have to do to pay for my unit and pay for the month of May and June and it showed up as the rate listed on my lease agreement. Absolute worst customer service at the jonestown location, I have tried for 4 days to gain access to my unit that I unfortunately lost the keys to. They do not return phone calls and when they finally did, I was told they would assist me the next day, next day came and again I was NEVER contacted even after calling and leaving numerous messages. I will never recommend this storage facility!!! Horrible experience.
Moove In just purchased 309 Mini Storage in Telford PA. They do not honor pre-signed and pre-paid contracts that were signed right before the purchase. Then raised monthly rent on a pre-paid unit by $70 a month. Highly do not recommend.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this company or location. A few ft of water damage, mold, mice droppings all over everything and holes chewed. Sell you $5,000 insurance which pays $1400.
Blatant false advertisement. Front and center on their website says "1st MONTH FREE! All Units". This is however not what you get, when you speak to them on the phone they play word games about it being first FULL month free and not the first month.
