This review is for the Moove-In Storage at 103 Stone Mill Road in West Lancaster. From the onset it was easy to set-up on-line. My wife and I ventured down and was met by the Manager, Amanda May, who was just leaving for the day. She took the time to fill us in and welcome us even though she was off the clock. The facility is kept clean and security was good. For the 3 months we used them, Amanda was friendly and helpful. 5+ Stars for Amanda. The most convenient and accommodating customer service experience I have ever had. Tanya was great and very pleasant. Got us covered with our storage needs in 10 minutes including the first month free! Great job !!!
I recently vacated a unit here because, after 5 years, I'm finally able to fit all my belongings in my house. Moove In Storage and Peggy have been great for me. From helping me to pick the size of my unit and having it available after the fire at my apartment, I can't say enough good things about them. I'm also grateful they had a truck available when I needed it to move my stuff in. Overall, friendly, helpful staff; clean, safe, easily accessible units .

I rented a unit in Moove In Self Storage on Stone Mill Road in Lancaster about eight years ago to store some family things after several close relatives passed away and we were unable to decide what we wanted to do with everything. Moove In has reasonable prices (I compared to a few competitors in town). They also have really good customer service (Peggy is great--she's very well-organized and is all about keeping customers happy). Highly recommended.
Though on the pricier end of storage units, the location and convenience of its accessibility is great! The best part of the whole experience is Peggy, the Officer Manager-she's terrific. Her customer service and care allowed moving to be less terrifying and overwhelming than what it started out as.
I had a great experience using Moove in Storage! They worked well with me in the middle of a situation I hadn't expected and there was never any issue with the safety of my things in storage. Peggy, the manager was also very helpful and caring. I for sure recommend them!
