RecommendedCan rent online. Great customer service, One month free rental. Used storage for auction items which is a great idea if you like to go to auctions. Pay for one month got one month free which gave me time to remove auction items. Welcome information waiting for me in my unit

Been trying to contact a manager for MONTHS regarding my unit. The roof has a terrible leak and everything in my unit is wet and smells of mildew. There's also mouse poop all over everything. These are my mother's belongings from her home after going through a divorce. Her stuff is RUINED. Apparently I was never enrolled in the insurance policy that all tenants were AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in May 1 unless proof of a different insurance was given. I rented with Moove In over the summer for about 2.5 months. When I retrieved my belongings in July, the majority of my furniture, boxes, clothes, etc. were covered in white, black and yellow molds (let alone the dozens of spider eggs). I immediately contacted Moove In about this and they assured me that the manager would soon get back to me. Not only has nothing been done, that was the last I have heard from Moove In (3 weeks ago). There has been no attempt to contact me.

Super frustrating to work with. We only had our unit for a few months after Moove In took over and I'm glad we are out; however I'm still being charged and trying to resolve that with no luck so far. Also not happy that every time we go by, the doors are unlocked and anybody can go in and out.
