Very good a pleasure.
It is great to have a contactless way to get a storage unit especially when no employees are available. The downside is signing the contract. It took 15+ minutes to find all the places to sign and initial. Highlight the places that signatures or initials are required so they are easier to find. I did the reservation on my phone and the print is extremely small and difficult to find.
Both Rich and other gentleman were friendly and accommodating to me .
Although Office Manager Mario is a valuable human resource, having been very helpful on different occasions, the rent increases were abominable! We were on time tenants for over 2 yrs yet were charged $169 for a 10x20 room that a new customer would get for $137! We left because of their greed!
Paula the manager has been above & beyond helpful. She cleans this place very nicely. & I like the fact that she enjoys my family coming here especially my little boy., a kind person & patient. The rules do apply as she mentioned when I moved in & I got my pick of units. Location & price was great. Thank you for having such a dedicated manager.
