I had a terrible experience with this facility. There was a lot of turnover in the front office staff and there was rarely someone present on site. The access doors were often propped open with nobody unloading. The space looked and smelled dirty. When I found rodent droppings in my storage unit, I called the office and spoke to one of the many rotating managers. This is a RAVE review for Adam, who is the General Manager at the iStorage in Evanston. We are in the process of sorting and moving things out of our mother's storage unit after 12 years sitting idle. This is a huge undertaking for our family and we were all feeling quite overwhelmed. This is the third time in 10 years we have used this storage location. competitively priced. It is a storage facility, not fancy, but quite functional. Having a service oriented manager was Great!! Adam was a pleasure to work with. The facility is so much cleaner and better run, even though he is split-time between two facilities. Adam was acurrate, amiable, and responsive. Thank you!
Istorage is way better than other storage competitors. My unit is very spacious and I was able to fit my whole 2 bedroom apartment In one of the bigger units, and the cost is not bad at all I definitely recommend, Besides the workers there are very nice, understand, and friendly.
Terrible service experience. Had my storage locker broken into and all of my stuff taken while over summer break. As a college student it was really hard to have 90% of my belongings gone. Even bought $1000 insurance. When I asked for help from managers, they failed to respond and acknowledge my claim. Would not recommend.
